Who we are

MasterAstrologer prepares handwritten Vedic kundali for clients. You can contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

We collect only what you send us when you order: your name, email address, gender, date, time and place of birth, a partner's birth details if you ask for Kundali Milan, the questions you want answered, any emails you send us, and the screenshot or reference of your UPI payment if you send one. Payments are made through your own UPI app and bank, not through our website.

How we receive it

The order form on our website does not send your details to us automatically. It prepares a message that you send to us by email yourself.

How we use it

We use your details only to prepare your kundali, answer your questions, tell you how to pay, and reply to you.

Sharing

We do not sell your details. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also forwards our email. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your internet address when you visit.

Cookies

We do not set cookies ourselves. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may use technical or security cookies to protect the site.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to prepare your kundali and answer follow-up questions.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing [email protected].

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
