Why do you need the exact time and place of birth?
The Lagna (ascendant) changes sign roughly every two hours, and the houses of your kundali depend on exact time and place. Accurate details give an accurate chart.
Is the kundali really made by hand?
Yes. Every kundali is calculated and written by hand by MasterAstrologer.
What period do the predictions cover?
From the day you order up to 3 years ahead. We do not discuss the past.
On what basis are predictions made?
Only on the date, time and place of birth, the time of asking of the question, and the relevance of longitude and latitude.
How long does it take?
We deliver your kundali by email within 3 days of receiving your payment.
What is the fee?
The minimum fee is ₹1,000 for a kundali with 3 questions explained. Each additional question is ₹500. We deliver your kundali by email within 3 days of receiving your payment.
What is the refund policy?
If you cancel before we start your kundali, we refund the full fee. Once work has started the fee is not refundable. If we do not deliver within 3 days of receiving your payment, you may ask for a full refund. Please read our Terms of Use for the full policy.
How do I get my kundali?
After you pay, we prepare your kundali by hand and email it to you.
